The IMPACT! Program of Friends of the IDF in the United States and Panama offers scholarships of $4,000 to ex-service men and women in combat and combat support units. The scholarships are for every year of study, up to 4 years.

Criteria:

• Combat or combat support soldier up to and including the rank of captain and up to 3 years in the standing army
• Full military service with honorable discharge
• Socioeconomic situation making aid necessary
• Studies starting within five years of discharge
• Full-time undergraduate studies
• First or second year towards degree (with a degree of at least 3 years)

Receiving the scholarship is contingent on volunteer work.

Submit request from March until the end of May via the website www.fidf.org/impact.
