The program works in partnership with the administration for promotion of social mobility at the University of Haifa, lead by Prof. Roni Strier, who serves as the project's academic advisor and guides the students in Hurfeish. Additional forces from the university joined the project, including experts in mobility and higher education who provide professional advice in building the model. The program includes mentoring small groups, meetings with students to serve as role models, lectures, campus visits and more. The model is based on the idea that university students serve as role models for high school students.
