Remedial Courses

Remedial courses are semester-long frontal courses provided for diverse introductory and mandatory courses in the various departments.

The purpose of the remedial courses is to expand knowledge, practice the material covered in the lecture, and prepare for exams.

The remedial courses are run cooperatively with the academic departments and the Advanced Education Authority; courses open as needed.

The remedial courses are provided by the Academic Excellence Unit and are open to all students. Information about them is available in the academic departments, on the Unit’s bulletin boards, and on the University website.

The teachers of the remedial courses selected together with the academic departments are lecture tutors, teachers and trainers with experience and high academic achievements.

The remedial courses are provided at no pay; a course will open for a minimum of 10 students.
