In the Talia Dorms, some apartments have been set aside to serve as quarters for visiting lecturers and other faculty/university guests from Israel and abroad. The guest apartments are fully furnished and equipped. The kitchens feature a refrigerator, cooktop, electric kettle, microwave oven, and dishes for daily use. The well-kept living room features an AC unit, cable TV, and wireless internet. Phones can be installed, though guests would have to pay for calls.
Guest apartments are cleaned and have the linens twice a week.

Graduate students and PhD candidates who’d like to stay in a guest apartment can make a reservation only one week before the desired date for a 3-room apartment and on the basis of availability.

Prior reservation and scheduling: The guest/s personally as well as their University unit/s coordinate this with the Guest Apartment Coordinator on the basis of availability.

In total, there are 7 guest apartment (a total of 9 beds): 5 apartments are suitable for couples and 2 for individuals.

The rental fees (in US dollars) as of October 1, 2018, are:

Single guest in single room (in a 3-room apartment):
$35 per night until the 14th night; $520 for a monthly stay

Single guest in single room (in a 2-room apartment):
$50 per night until the 14th night; $600 for a monthly stay

Single guest in double room:
$70 per night until the 14th night; $800 for a monthly stay

Double:
$80 per night until the 14th night; $880 for a monthly stay
