Spacious, well-designed, high-quality living. The Talia Dorms for single students offer four types of housing:

Undergraduate students: 6-room apartments, 1 student per room. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric cooktop, cupboards), a dining nook, and a shared living room. Every room is furnished with a bed, a 2-door closet, a desk, an office chair, and an en suite toilet and shower. All rooms are air conditioned.
Note: Student placement is determined by seniority.

Graduate students and PhD candidates: 3-room apartments (subject to availability), 1 student per room. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric cooktop, cupboards), a dining nook, and a shared living room. Every room is furnished with a bed, a 2-door closet, a desk, an office chair, and an en suite toilet and shower. All rooms are air conditioned.
Note: If the demand for housing by students pursuing advanced degrees outstrips supply, some advanced students will be placed in 6-room apartments.

Bnei Haifa Dorms: One Talia building was built with the help of the Haifa Municipality and meant specifically for city residents. The apartments have 5 rooms, 1 student per room.

Accessible dorms: The University has apartments that have been modified to be accessible to students with disabilities where wheelchairs can access the apartment and room and move freely within the apartment.

Talia Dorms residents will be charged for electricity based on the reading of the electric meter in every apartment; this occurs every other month. The charge is divided among the apartment residents based on the amount of time each resident spent in the apartment.

Rental for the 2019-2020 academic year is approximately NIS 960 per month,* excluding electricity. Rental for the 2020-2021 academic year will be approximately NIS 1,000 per month,* excluding electricity.

Talia Dorms for married couples

Spacious, well-designed, high-quality, 2-rrom apartments.
Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric cooktop, cupboards), a dining nook, a shared living room, and a bathroom and shower. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a 3-door closet, a desk, and an office chair.
Every apartment has an AC unit in the living room.

Rental for the 2019-2020 academic year is approximately NIS 1,710 per month,* excluding electricity.<66/>Rental for the 2020-2021 academic year will be approximately NIS 1,780 per month,* excluding electricity.
