The project focuses on Druze students in the north of the country and offers a dual training program - in the first phase, a group of Druze students from the University of Haifa will learn the basics of entrepreneurship and be trained as facilitators of entrepreneurship processes. In the second stage, they will forward entrepreneurial skills to Druze middle school girls in eighth and ninth grades.
