Our aim is to improve the standard and quality of living of residents of Migdal HaEmek by acquiring them with academic education, vocational training, integration in employment, leadership development and enrichment of cultural activities. We act in three main spheres - education, employment and culture. Investing in human capital is the most valuable resource of the city, hence the city of Migdal HaEmek contributes to this project. Syudents who are residents of Migdal HaEmek accompany school children and tutor them in groups as well as in one to one sessions.
